Terms and Conditions, and Policies

Collective Work International (CWI) is grateful for your donation to support our mission. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you need to request a refund for your donation. CWI has established the following refund policy:

General Donations:

CWI will refund donations upon request within 5 business days of the donation date.

Monthly Recurring Donations: If you have set up a monthly recurring donation, you may cancel future donations at any time. CWI will not refund past monthly donations.

Cancellation Policy: To cancel a monthly recurring donation, please contact us at contact@cwifund.org. Cancellation requests received before the next scheduled donation date will prevent future charges.

Program registration fees: Program fees are for services rendered and related to program delivery.  As such, they are not considered donations and are not tax deductible.

By using the Collective Work International website (the "Site"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Site.
